Description
Guar Splits are the refined endosperm part of the guar seed, obtained after removing the husk and germ through mechanical processing. These splits are the richest source of galactomannan, the primary component for guar gum manufacturing. The splits are white to pale yellow in color and have no flavor or odor, making them ideal for further processing into gum without affecting the end-product’s properties.
Used extensively in industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, oil drilling (as a thickening agent in fracturing fluids), and textiles, guar splits are valued for their ability to form viscous solutions in cold water. They are the intermediate and most crucial raw material for any high-quality guar gum processing line.
